It has been reported on the 5th, that DOK2 filed an appeal for the verdict in his first trial regarding nonpayment for jewelry the rapper bought on layaway.
Last month the sixth circuit court in Seoul ruled in favor of 'A' who filed a lawsuit against the rapper saying the musician owes him $34,000 in payment for jewelry.
The rapper has since moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music career in the states. No words on when there will be a second trial.
