YG Entertainment is committed to producing more environmentally friendly merchandise.
According to the agency, Lisa's upcoming third photobook, '0327: VOL. 03,' will be made with FSC-certified paper, soy-based ink, and a recyclable coating. Additionally, the packaging is made of PBAT (polybutylene adipate terephthalate), a biodegradable plastic.
As previously reported, YG Entertainment announced plans in 2021 to lead the charge in reimagining the current K-Pop album consumption trend through the adoption of more responsible, eco-friendly production methods. The plan began with the release of WINNER member Song Min Ho's third full-length album, 'To INFINITY,' which was also FSC-certified and constructed entirely of recycled pulp, low-carbon paper, and a water-based coating.
Meanwhile, '0327: VOL. 3' is a 240-page photobook featuring Lisa that includes four additional photographs, a randomly selected photocard, and a sticker set. Additionally, 327 of the photobooks will include her autograph. The photobook's preorder period began on March 7 at 5 p.m. KST.
