Disney+ is now caught in the drama.
Calls for boycotting Disney+ is growing in Korea due to the 'Snowdrop' fiasco. The platform which exclusively streams the drama is facing major backlash due to allegations of the drama revising history. Korean netizens are now demanding that the platform stop airing the drama, even going as far as boycotting the platform altogether.
Online Communities are also organizing a boycott of the streaming platform, sharing email address' and contact information of Disney+ employees in both Korea and the US. It is said that Korean and US customer centers are having a barrage of complaints.
It is reported that Disney + have stated they will be investigating into the complaints.
