HAN SEO HEE PLEADS NOT GUILTY ON DRUG CHARGES IN APPEALS COURT

Han Seo-hee, who was sentenced to prison in the first trial on charges of administering methamphetamine, pleaded not guilty in the appeals court.


On the 15th, at the Suwon District Court, the trial of Han Seo-hee was held on the charge of violating the Narcotics Management Act (Hyangjeong) in the 3-2 Criminal Division hearing.


Han Seo-hee, who is currently in custody, attended the trial. Han Seo-hee's lawyer denied that she was charged with using methamphetamine, saying, "The facts of her charges are not specified and her sentence is unfair."


Accordingly, the court decided to reopen her trial on April 8, considering Han Seo-hee's request.


In October 2016, Han Seo-hee was charged with inhaling marijuana four times with Big Bang member TOP, and was sentenced to three years in prison and four years of probation in 2017.


Since then, she has been regularly tested for drug positivity under probation at the probation office, but in July of last year, she was detained in probation for 20 days as her urine test tested positive for methamphetamine (methamphetamine) and psychotropic drugs such as amphetamine. .


She was released after a hair test at the National Forensic Research Institute tested her negative, but she was charged by prosecutors and she was sentenced to one year and six months in prison at the first trial.
