Jin of Group BTS sustained a finger injury and required surgery.
On the 19th, her management company, Big Hit Music, announced Jin's health status via a fan community 'Weverse'.
According to Big Hit Music, "Jin sustained an injury to his left index finger on the 18th while going about his daily routine and was rushed to the emergency room of a nearby hospital for examination and treatment." He underwent surgery in the afternoon to suture the extensor muscle of his left index finger."
"The medical staff reports that his surgery went well, and Jin is resting heavily following her discharge from the hospital on the morning of the 19th," she explained.
"We will prioritize the artist's health and safety, and will assist Jin in regaining her health as quickly as possible," the agency stated.
