Lock her up!
A tutor was sentenced to a 10 month sentence suspended for 2 years for physically assaulting her students over 10 times. This is sick, a suspended sentence is basically probation in Korea, where as long as she doesn't do anything criminal for the next 2 years, she won't see a day for the abuse. It is said the tutor ripped her students hair and physically assaulted her over 18 times.
