Hook Entertainment reported on the 13th that "Ceo Kwon Jin Young has sold 100% equity to Green Snake Media for est. $44 Million USD. She then took her share of 38% equity worth est. $16.7 Million USD and shared it with the actors and staff that had worked at the agency.
"The sold shares were given out to actors and workers depending on their seniority", the statement said.
CEO Kwon Jin Young stated "As a manager of 24 years, I have been thankfully that our actors and actresses had played a healing role in society. To thank them for sticking with me, I consider them as family and wish them happiness".
Hook entertainment is home to heavyweights Lee Seung Ki, Yoon Yeo Jung, and Lee Suh Jin and Lee Seung Hee among others.
