According to a spokesperson from Son Ye Jin's agency, MSTEAM Entertainment, the ring worn on Son Ye Jin's right ring finger during the February 16 episode of 'You Quiz On The Block' was not an engagement ring, as previously reported.
The representative from the agency said, "In the episode of tvN's "You Quiz On The Block," Son Ye Jin wore a ring that was not an engagement ring. It was a ring that was picked for Son Ye Jin's attire by her stylist, and it was a ring that was loaned to Son Ye Jin by a fashion brand for promotional purposes on television."
Son Ye Jin came as a guest on the February 16 episode of 'You Quiz On The Block' to promote her new JTBC drama series, 'Thirty, Nine,' which premiered on the network. She also shared her own ideas on first love, beauty standards, and other topics with the audience. Additionally, the production crew of 'You Quiz On The Block' emphasized after the broadcast that there was no discussion of Son Ye Jin's engagement between her and the MCs during her section, as the actress participated in the recording before her official engagement announcement was made public.
