Shin Se Kyung and her label has begun the process of pressing charges against malicious commenters and trolls. The label has stated that, "We have begun the process of pressing charges against commenters that leave sexual harassing comments as well as malicious commenters who defame Shin Se Kyung's character". According to the label there will be no settlements.
