Fans are raving about 'Our Beloved Summer' calling it a sleeper hit. The drama is gaining popularity through word of mouth. The drama started off to a rough start with viewership rating at 2.6% after the second episode, however has since steadily gained new viewers and its most recent episode (5th) airing on the 21st KST saw ratings of 3.7%.

After the episode, which we won't get into for spoilers' sake, fans expressed adoration for the drama writing: "Did I date Choi Woo Sik?", "Then tomorrow, you act like you don't remember', who ever wrote that line is a genius", "Choi Woo Sik and Kim Dami's acting is crazy ã… ã… "
