Is this life in Covid 19?
October 24th (KST) Incheon, a man (57) was assaulted by another man (41) inside a cafe for apparently coughing. You read that right, for coughing. The assailant punched and kicked the man, breaking his nose and giving him lacerations. The assailant was booked and charged for simple assault and was fined $5000 roughly for compensation to the victim. We've got to do better, pandemic or otherwise.
