Not Smart, Smart Guy.
Popular tutor Park Hwang IL, pictured above, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for fabricating lies to deter prospective students from taking classes taught by his competitors. Park would forge accounts and leave messages in teacher rating boards that called into question his competitors competency as a tutor. So this guy gets three years for lying on other tutors while the tutor that beat her 7 year old student gets a suspended sentence. Good job Korea.
