Sunye received high praise for her performances on 'Mom is an idol'. For her dance routine she danced to BTS' Buttter and she sang a ballad bringing many to tears.

'Mom is an idol' is a show where former idols, now mothers, join forces to create a new idol group. Also on the show is former AfterSchool member Gahi and Jewelry leader Park Jung Ah. It is said the show will have more members join as they finalize their group.
