Nov 4, The second day of President Moon's 'With Corona' initiative is not going over well with 2500 cases, a 100% rise from the 1200 cases just two days ago. The initiative is a reopening of Korea's nightlife business' and mainly affects clubs, room salons, bars, and other hosts for large gatherings. This controversial move comes at the helm of Moon's 'lame duck' term as his presidency ends this year.
