CELEBRITIES DONATE TO HELP VICTIMS OF MASSIVE WILDFIRE

Celebrities such as Lee Byung Hun, Kim Go Eun, and IU, have made direct donations to aid forest fire victims in Gangwon and Gyeongsanbuk-do. It has been reported that Hyeri of Girls' Day and actor Song Kang Ho have also contributed to the relief efforts.

Hyeri contributed 50 million KRW (approximately $41,080) and Song Kang Ho contributed 100 million KRW (approximately US$82,175).

The wild forest fire that raged across Gangwon and Gyeongsanbuk-do destroyed the homes of over 160 families. These contributions would go toward relief efforts, including the construction of a temporary assembly area for these families.
