BTS WINS IFPI 'THE TOP GLOBAL RECORDING ARTIST OF THE YEAR'

BTS has reached yet another historic high point!

According to the International Federation of Phonographic Industry (IFPI), the world's best-selling recording artists for 2021 have been officially released on February 24. For the second year in a row, BTS has topped the global charts.

BTS has now become the first and only act in history to hold the top spot on the IFPI's "Top 10 Global Recording Artists" chart for two years in a row. Drake and Taylor Swift are the only other artists to top the list multiple times. Since BTS hasn't released an album in 2021, this accomplishment is even more impressive.
